About Bearform
A grounded approach to digital work.

Bearform is the studio of Tom Weraksa — built from a long-standing passion for websites, IT and making technology feel clear rather than complicated.

Who's behind it
Hi, I'm Tom Weraksa.

I design and build websites, and I help businesses make better sense of the technology around them. That might mean a new site, a refresh that finally matches where a business is heading, or practical IT work that removes friction from everyday tools and workflows.

I care about the bits people actually notice: clear pages, sensible systems, honest explanations and a handover that leaves you confident rather than dependent. The work should feel considered, useful and easy to own.

Why Bearform
Built from passion, shaped by practice.

Bearform grew out of a genuine interest in website development and IT — not as separate crafts, but as two sides of the same problem: helping a business show up clearly online and work more smoothly behind the scenes.

A site can look polished and still leave visitors unsure what to do. A tool can be powerful and still make everyday work harder. Bearform starts with the people, the goal and the context, then builds from there: clear decisions, useful output and a careful handover.

If that sounds like the kind of help you need, reach me at tom@bearform.studio.

What guides the work
Three simple principles.

  01 / CLARITY
Make it understandable

Good explanations and clear choices help everyone move forward.

  02 / UTILITY
Make it useful

Design and technology should solve a real need, not add complexity.

  03 / CARE
Make it last

Thoughtful details and a clear handover make the work easier to own.
